Happy New Year to all my dear friends and family!

First, we rebuilt the chicken coop and reunited Pip, our chicken and Flip, our rooster. Remember when I told you we had 2 chickens but one started to cock a doodle doo!!! We had to move the Rooster to my Mother in laws. Well he has been stuck in a cage and now he is free and reunited with his girls cause we moved the chickens from our house to my mother in laws.... Pip had to show her man who is boss and they had a little territory fight....Pip, our chicken won.... They are so funny to watch.
We spent the evening with Jasins family.... Fireworks, some yummy food and a nice fire...that I stayed by all night long. It was so relaxing.... You know when you are getting old when it is New years and you are in bed by 10pm. Yep....That was me. We blew up all the fireworks at my mother in laws and we came home.

Jaxon was not scared of all the noise from the fireworks.....He was cuddling with ma-maw....She had a blanket and was all nice and warm.

We had a wonderful family night. The kids had fun with all the fireworks. We ate too much.... but what is new!!!! I always eat too much. The kids are back in school on the 4th, John, Jasins younger brother will go back home to New York on the 6th... and all will be back to normal, though I wish all this family time was normal for us.
