My first canvas.....

I am getting a few projects together for my little event...Faith 365 Summer Scrap. I wanted to share this Canvas I just made for my registration table. I am also having an orientation to promote our small groups at church and that is this weekend. So I will use it this weekend as well.

A few weeks ago I had to visit the sewing store to get a new embroidery foot for my machine and on a table were these little ric-rac flowers. Oh my, I thought they were sooooo cute....You know I had to try them out. It made a perfect addition to my canvas. I thought I would make a tutorial but I found one on-line.  Here is a link to a tutorial I found on how to make these beauties. They were on a blog called      www.funisinstyle.blogspot.com. If you search Ric-Rac flowers on google there are several different styles. These are easy to make. I know you will love them. Oh.....if some of you reading this have already seen these flowers... please leave me a comment, I would love to see what they or you have done with them.

Just a little peak into my Scrappy space. I have posted pics before but it has not been clean in awhile....

I just spent this last week, while the kids were at my mother-in-laws, cleaning it all up. Well let's just say it was a happy re-organize. You all have heard me speak very highly of my friends Matt and Stacy Landry. They are amazing friends, super talented and amazing Photographers...Check them out here. Well Business is booming for them and they have not been able to do any scrapbooking.... Supplies just need to be used. I went to their home last week to prepare some page kits for the Summer Scrap event and ended up leaving their home with my vehicle filled to the rooftop with scrapbook supplies. They have passed their wonderful supplies on to me....What a blessing this is. Words cannot express my gratitude. Matt just asked me to scrap their baby girl....Oh what!!!! Of course I will...They have a beautiful little girl whom I just simply adore and I am so excited to be able to scrap the amazing pictures they take of their precious daughter. Somebody has to keep up with scrappin' Emerson. I will gladly scrap Little Miss Princess!!!

Matt, Stacy and I have been working together for a little while. Brain-storming I guess you could call it. We have some great plans for the near future. I am creating scrapbooks for people, organizing events and have some great party plans in the making. We are all working diligently on perfecting these plans. Stay tuned the full details will be posted soon.

Thank You Matt and Stacy for blessing me with the "MOTHER LOAD"!!! You guys rock. It will all come in handy for all the albums we will be creating. Emmy will have the best scrapbook in town.....I know it is nothing close to what her daddy creates.... But matt has been a huge inspiration to me and what my style has become.  Big THANKS..... Love you guys.
